Warm Weather, Mayfly Bite!

Sonya ad her daughter Deb caught a beautiful mixed bag of Crappie and Walleye on a hot , flat July day!

With water temps jumping into the mid

70's we are seeing mayfly hatches and some great fishing at times. The Walleye were caught in shallow weeds on a weedless jig and half a night crawler and also by using a slip bobber and leach rig.

The crappie were suspended over wood structures in 11 to 16 foot. Both slip bobber an crappie minnow and swimming plastics took fish.

Get out and enjoy the hot summer bite!
